Technical Flow Chart:

1. Crush stage

If your raw material size is large, it must be crushed by the vertical compound crusher through the belt conveyor.

2. Mix stage

If you raw material is not easy to shape, then you need to add some adhesive into the raw material, so you need the dual shaft mixer and the roller grinder to mix the raw material and the adhesive (connected by the belt conveyor).

3. Briquette stage

After mixed, the raw material should put into the ball press machine through the belt conveyor, and then send into the dryer machine for drying, after all these procedures, the final products is generated.
