The whole productive process of AAC block

Raw material preparation

We often use sand, fly ash, lump lime, cement, slag, and aluminum powder, but some raw materials like sand, slag, lump lime need to be crushed into powder. Before mixing, some grinding and crushing equipments including Jaw Crushers and Ball Mill. After that, we can mix them into slurry. Chemicals according to the certain proportion through artificial measurement, were made into certain density solutions and stored into the tank.

Main equipments:Jaw crusher, Bucket elevator, Storage Silo, Electronic vibrating feeder, Ball mill and so on.

Ingredient, mixing, pouring

Fly ash slurry or sand slurry will be measured by slurry electronic measurement in ingredients center. Lime, cement are sent by spiral feeder to measure.Then all the prepared materials will be sent to pouring mixer machine by feeding equipment for high-speed mixing. All the measured materials need to reach the physical and chemical index. After a moment, casting machine poured those materials into the mould box.

Main equipments:Screw conveyer, Silo, Aluminum mixer, Pouring machine, Control system and so on.

Pre-curing

After pre-curing under a certain temperature for a period of time, the blank shall have a certain of hardness. The mould and the blank shall be then hanged to the cutting machine by the tilting hanger to fulfil following actions.

Cutting section

The blank then be cut on the cutting machine in six sides:First, two verticals sides of the blank are cut. Then the horizotal cutting longitudinally. And the horizontal cutting cross or chopper-like cutting at last. The cut blank and the bottom are hanged by the semi-product hanger to the hardening car, hardened under high temperature.

Grouping and Autoclave

Finished grouping hardening car will be sent to autoclaves by the slowly windlass,after 8-10hours blocks in autoclaves ,the finished blocks will be take out with the windlass behind the autoclave. A semi-finished crane hoist will send the blocks with side plate to conveying groove, and then the blocks would be sent to the packing line by a finished crance hoist to be stacked loaded or packed. The hardening plates returned for recyling.
