Main features of waste tire processing plant:

Processing feature: There is no need to remove impurities such as silt, water, iron wire. Put the waste plastic directly into the high temperature cracking processor at nomal pressure to heat and catalyze, to distill the gas state oil. when it flows through the condenser, the liquefiable portion is condensed into mixed oil. The portion that can not be liquefiable is burnt beneath the processor through gas burning system.

Firstly,the condensed mixed oil is put into distilled processor to heat, throughcatalyst and reforming process, gas-state oil is distilled from the mixed oil.

Secondly,the gas-state oil flows into the condenser to distillate the crude fuel oil.

Then, qualified fuel oil is sorted out by means of precipitating and filtration and adding sorts of additive.

Environmental Protection:

1. Waste gas: it will produce some waste gas which can not be liquefied. The main parts of it are C1 to C4. They can be fully burning as they flow through the water block and gas nozzle. This not only eliminates pollution but saves large quantity of fuels. For smoke dust discharge, we apply the intensive ZTC series of desulfurization and deduster which could control the smoke dust discharge amount to meet relative standards of GB 13271-2001.
2. Waste liquid: in the process of oil disposing, it produces some waste acidic water (50kg per process from 1 ton of oil, small quantity, easy to dispose), counteracting the liquid by adding some alkali liquor to meet the emission standard. After three-level filtration, the neutral waste water is discharged into the evaporator (To use the afterheat of the flue of main processor as its heating resource). In addition, there is specialized waste water processor which is selected by customers.
3. Waste solid: The solid residue will be left after the catalytic splitting from waste tyres, approximately composes about 5% to 10% of the whole weight. Its main component is the thick black carbon. It can be the raw material of the carbon black production industry. Also it could be mixed with the pulverized coal ash, which is used for the raw material in the thermal power plant, to manufacture pulverized coal ash brick (one kind of environmental protection building materials). As it will pollute the environment while slagging out, we adopts the patented tapping technology.

Safety:
