(1) Features:

1,dry raw materials: rice hulls, sawdust and after smashing of the bubble flowers, branch, of wood and other granular materials (less than 3 mm in diameter and length less than5 mm).

2,the production efficiency: hot air for 180 °C, relative humidity sawdust of 35% dry to relative to 10%.

The hot airtemperaturenot below 180 °C, can be up to 300 °C.

3,fuel can choose:wood (broken wood), coal, steam or electrical heating.

(2) Air flow dryer operating procedures:

1, the installation is completed and open the fan, check the fan rotation direction and the mouth is normal suction.

2, check the outlet flanges, see leaks.
