Introduction and application of cyclone dust separator:

Working principle of cyclone dust separator:
Cyclone is composed of two inside and outside round cylinders, cone cylinder, air intake and others. Inside and outside cylinder, dust port are on the same axis. After the dusty air tangential enter the air intake along the upper outside cylinder with higher speed, the dusty sir to do the spiral highspeed rotation from top to bottom between inside and outside cylinder and cone parts, In rotation, the dust particle is being left to inside wall of cone cylinder under the centrifugal force, also collision and friction with wall and gradually lose speed. Under the centrifugal force, the dust particle drop to the bottom of cone cylinder along wall, discharged from the dust outlet.
