The machine is applicable to high temperature instant sterilization of liquid materials such as fresh milk, fruit juices, soft drinks, ice lolly and ice cream paste, soy sauce, milk, condensed milk, alcohol, etc., also be used for sterilization of drug materials, the effect is very remarkable.

D,Main Structure and Working Principle

(Manual Modeis one type sterilizer by man operation,the structure is see as Pic 1.The machine is mainly composed by mainframe,feed pum etc,like the picture.There is a Pressure Gauge,Sterilizing Thermometer,Discharge Thermometer and two Stop Valves installed at the mainframe. The temperature variation during sterilizing is indicated by these instruments.

E,Installation and Adjust

The equipment in the high temperature barrels have two rings are used in preparation for the lifting, but it can be seen to remove the roof. (See Picture 1)

1,The device need to be installed at the smooth ground floor,and fixed by fang bolt firmly.

2, Equipment installed on the frame four adjustable supporter feet, leg contact with the floor, feed pump

connect with the floor at the same standard, the level of axis must be corrected to prevent the vibration when used.

3, All equipment connected to the pipeline should pay attention not to be subject to any external force, in particular, should be to eliminate the effects of thermal expansion

4,Feed pump to ensure the correctness of the direction of the electrical transmission. Operators face impeller, pump shaft should be rotating counter-clockwise, and test the rotation if is flexible by hand after installation.

5,When connecting to the homogeneous machines, the external pipe should be 14.7Mpa (150kgf/cm ²) of the pressure test shall not be leaking.

6,Tank overflow pipe need to connect with the ground and must be to prevent the washing liquid corrode the workshop surface.
