Usage

This machine is to use sawdust, rice hulls, peanut shells, bamboo crumbs and such materials to make fuel briquette under high temperature and high pressure.

Working principle

Take advantage of wood materials features and through screw extrusion, high temperature, and high pressure, the subtle fiber combined and formed the briquette.

Installation and debugging

1. tighten all the connecting bolt, the four bolt on the heating tube should be tighten up. Espetially the the three top one in the heating tube, connect the appliance and power lines.

2. check all the lubrication part

3. check the power supply voltage is normal or not

4. no-load starting for 30 minutrs, if no collision or such anomalies, then it can put into sawdust and into production. If any anomalies, then stop the machine and find the breakdown, and solve it.

5. adjust the temperature to the acquired temperature, then can start up and put into sawdust.

6. gradually increase the quantity of sawdust, until it can produce qualified briquette. When it can produce for 30 minutes, then proved the machine is ok, and then can use normally.

7. make the hopper empty before stop,and reverse one minute after stop to make the stuff drop out of propellers.

8. the machine must be with the ground well.

Note

1. turn the pulley by hand before start up to check whether collision or such anomalies.
2. to check the bolt before starting up
3. check the hopper before stop
4. when start up, the heating tube temperature should be 350 centigrade and then start up. At first, feed little stuff till the briquette came out.
5. voltage:360V
6. if the propeller can’t move, stop and reverse the machine, drop out of the stuff, and improve 20 centigrade(370 centigrade) and then start up.
7. put one board in front of the machine of the outlet.
8. don’t stand in front of the outlet.
9. forbid the stone or iron into the hopper.
10. keep the lines dry and clean, stop the machine and power off.
11. all the lubrication part should be lubricated every two monthes.
12. forbid start up if the machine is not with the ground well
