Usage and Features of Wood Chip Briquette Making Machine :

The sawdust charcoal extruder machine can be used in producing high quality wood charcoal stick with sawdust, wood chips, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste, etc. It's equipped with automatic temperature control system and designed to produce high density wood briquette from biomass. Working Principles of Wood Chip Briquette Making Machine :

Using the intrinsic attributes of the wood material, by spiral extruding at high temperature, under high pressure, wood element in wood material becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combine, and then stick solid fuel is formed.Using a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature. In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various moulds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal, quadrangular, square, etc. During this process, non-binder needs to be used.

The final bio-fuel briquette is made by the advanced biomass briquetting machine. After the processing of drying, compressing under the high pressure and temperature, the biomass briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood. This bio-fuel briquette is 45-80mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder or hollow hexagonal with a 15-20mm hole through the body. The bio-fuel carbon maintains the cleanliness and hygiene, and is suitable for family heating and barbecuing. There is a huge need in the international market, for it is capable as the substitute for the superior coal or heavy oil to the Industrial steam boiler, or the industrial raw material for the further processing into the activated carbon, mosquito coils and explosives.

Producing Processof Wood Chip Briquette Making Machine:

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%

3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine

4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

5. Carbonized the briquette stick
