working principle:
The wet material is sent to hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then through hopper feeder into feed end. The slope of charging pipe should be larger than angle of material so as to make the material flow into dryer smoothly. Drum of the dryer is slightly tilted to horizontal line. Adding material from higher end, heat carrier entries from lower end and makes a countercurrent contact with material, however, there’re also part heat carrier and material co-currently flow into dryer. Along with the drum rotating, the material runs into the lower by gravity. The wet material will directly or indirectly receive the hot heat while moving. After drying, the material is sent out by belt conveyer or screw conveyer. There is lifting plate in the drum wall, through lifting up and down material, which can increase the contact surface between the material and air in order to improve drying rate and speed the material go ahead. Heat carrier generally divides into hot air, flue air, etc. After the heat carrier rotates in the dryer, need dust collector cyclone to catch the material inside air. To further reduce dust content of exhaust gas, user should use bag type dust collector or wet scrubber then discharge the gas
