Material:

Generally the whole tank is made of stainless steel 304 or 316L, according to customer’s special requirements

Construction:

The cooling jacket adopts the form of Honeycomb jacket. The jacket will cover the tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed. Heat exchanging area of jacket of different proportions can be allocated according to customer’s technological requirements. The bottom will be a 60 degree small conical bottom, which is designed for fermenting and improving beer, as well as breeding yeast. PU form insulation is adopted, and the external coating is made of fully welded stainless steel 304.

Quality:

Inner surface mirror polished , exterior surface 2B or High precision polishing.

Accessories:

Manhole, CIP spraying ball, temperature connection and sample valve etc Accessories are available. Also the cooling system is available.
