Structure of wood shaving machine

It includes rack, the platform which placed in the rack, the toolholder fixed on the platform,the power distribution box supplied power for wood shaving machine,timber clamping device and wood reciprocating motion device.

Besides the timber clamping device is pressed against the timber from the cylinder to the platform , wood reciprocating motion device is driven by the hydraulic cylinder of sliding into the timber along the platform reciprocated by the shavings knife to produce the shavings.

Wood is put into the machine from the feed inlet,cutting by the blade and played into shavings, which have the uniform size and thickness and have no difference with the shavings made by handmade.

Principle of operation

The raw materials are putting into the machine through feed inlet,cut into slice by blade inside of machine,then they enter into the screen mesh,finally there are uniform particle size shavings.And the machine can automatically adjust the thickness degree.
