20 ton Stainless Ice flake machine evaporator with ammonia system features:

1)The evaporator can maintain good precision and intensity with 304 stainless steel together automatic argon-arc welding. The evaporator is in high quality and can be customerized by different requirements.

2) Flake ice was made from the flake ice evaporator, which is one of the most important parts of the Flake ice machine . You can make different choice in providing the refrigeration units with different refrigerant (R22, R404A ,R507 or R717) by yourselves.

3) Every flake ice scraper was produced in special design without any jointing so that it has high solidity, and can rotate well nearly 8 years. All components selected is of top-quality and meets configuration needs, which makes the evaporator occupy less space, and achieve best performance.

4) Flake ice is dry and crispy and hardly has any corners and edges. During food cooling process, this feature made it the best material for cooling, which can reduce the possibility of damage to the cooling food. Stainless Steel surfacing board was treated specially with oil-resistance and can protect the surface from corrosion.
