1, Introduction
As a technology of utilizing renewable energy, Biomass Gasification for Power Generation, converts farm wastes (such as rice husk, wood chips, stalks, animal manure, domestic garbage, sewage, etc.) into combustible gases by means of gasification technology. The gases, after the processes of dust/tar removal, dewatering and cooling, are sent into gas engine for combustion to drive generators, thus converting the thermal energy into electrical power.
2, Application
Biomass energy power plant not only can be send to internal combustion engine for electric power generation, but also can be used for household fuel to cooking or heating . It also can be send to boiler or hot-blast furnace to produce steam or hot air for drying, or for turbine to generate power.
3, Raw material and requests.
Cheap and endless: Sawdust, wood powder, wood pellet, rice straw, rice husk , wheat straw, peanut shell, ect.
Pellet fuel diameter : < 6mm for fluidized bed,<30mm for fixed bed Fuel water content: < 20%
