Black beer equipment

On the basis of black beer productive technology, Tiantai Equipment Technology Co., Ltd developed black beer equipment.

Micro black beer mash system adopted 3-tank mash tun, is a 16 days fermenting period fermentation project. For the unique requirement of raw material, the black beer equipment is optimized. Water treatment system, beer selling system, and beer filling machine are added.

Tiantai black beer equipment:

1. According to water quality requirement, water treatment system assorted with the equipment is added to change water quality, to achieve the requirement of production.

2. Because back beer has bigger concentration and viscosity, we improved the mash system, shortened the filtering time, saccharification configuration is more rational to get better black beer wort.

3. For purer taste and better sedimentation of yeast, we prolong the fermenting period to 16 days.

4. To increase the use ratio of yeast in micro equipment, assorted yeast integrated utilization tank is added.
