Usage of briquette machine:

This machine can take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell, peanut shell and other woody materials into briquette, which can be used for bioler, heating and warming andmaking charcoals.

process of making charcoal briquette:

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%

3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine

4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

5. Carbonized the briquette stick

advanced features:

1. No binder is needed during processing ,and so no pollution when it burns.
2. We have added 5-6grooves in the machine to discharge the vapors and help increase density. Moreover,we add a wedding-ring in the machine ,which also helps to increase the density of wood sticks
3. Wood sticks is easy for carrying and piling .We have also design trolleys to help load the sticks
4. In general , oil seal is put inside the machines and oil seal is outsde .When the oil seal goes wrong,we need to open the whole machine to change it.Now have changed their positions and the process becoms easier
5. The molding machine can be linked to the drier to form an automatic line .This is from our design with patent rights.It can save labour cost.
