Operation instruction:

• The od card which matches the pipes must be used. Stuck the pipe tightly then fix them on the rack.
• Open the ends of pipes,put in the milling cutter, and fix the milling cutter on the rack. Start the milling cutter, mover forward the cylinder,close the fixture and cut the ends. when it forms into thecontinuous chips, lower the pressure to zero firstly, then open the fixture and close the milling cutter at last.
• Put down the milling cutter, close the ends, and check up the pipe of the two ends. Check up the temperature of the heating plate. For the first welding, the temperature of the heating plate should be heated over the pre-heated temperature . Every time for welding, the heating plate must be cleaned.
• Put the heating plate with the suitable temperature on the rack, close the fixture, make the end meets the end meets the heating plate fully and set the system pressure.
• When the end raises uniformly and the height of the crimps meet the requirements, the heating time should be lowered at the same time.
• When it get to the endothermic time, open the fixture quickly and remove the heating plate.
• Close the fixture quickly, adjust the pressure uniformly in the specified time and write down the cooling time.The pressure should be kept until the ends cool down completely.
• When it gets to the cooling time, adjust the pressure to zero, open the fixture, and remove the welded pipe.
