This product is suitable forthermosol powder coatingof various nonwoven fabric and textiles, it can make all kinds oflaminating fabricwith PE, EVA, EVAL and PES.

1. Structure Characteristics

3.1 This machine consists of debatcher, powder sprinkling part, dryer, flat padding and cooling part, rebatcher and operational table.

3.2 Debatcher: suitable for piece or package fabric to meet demands of different cloth feeding.

3.2.1 Tension of fed cloth can be adjusted by hand wheel, cloth guider is used for selvage justifying.

3.3 Powder sprinkling

3.3.1 This part consists of engraved roller, bunker, powder stirring, squeeze, brush roller, vibrating screen and so on.

3.3.2 Break through the traditional powder coating method, adopt advanced engraved roller transfer, knife coat to assure even coating.

3.3.3 The bunker in the powder coating frame head contains agitation system, roller brush and vibrating screen enable uniformity of second coating on the surface.

3.4Net dryer

3.4.1 Teflon delivery net features good curing effect, and normally tensionless running of substrate, heat shrinkage reduction, stable width of product as well as soft handle.

3.4.2 Heating with far-infrared quartz glass tube, control with the imported PID intelligent meter and intelligent three-phase voltage regulator temperature controlling, the dryer has constant temperature, the temperature difference is less than ±2°C, so the product width is stable.

3.5 Flat padding and cooling device

3.5.1 Flat padding and cooling device has four rollers, three are cooling rollers, one is silicone rubber roller.

3.5.2 Flat padding is accomplished by one cooling roller and one silicone rubber roller.

3.5.3 Silicone rubber roller enables durable elastic of rubber and no sticking on the rubber roller.

3.6 Rebatcher

3.6.1 Friction rebatching adopts conventional method of rebatching rollers linkage with flat padding, it is very convenient.

3.6.2 Hydraulic driving the winding part, oil motor driving stable tension, the maximum of winding diameter is 1000 mm, two trucks are exchangeable.

3.7Electrical operation control part

3.7.1 The machine driven by imported frequency conversion speed regulation motor, it has good effect on stable driving and large scope of speed regulating.

3.7.2 Advanced synchorous system assures main driving speed synchronized with powder coating driven speed, so the powder coating is uniform, even if the speed is different.
