Drilling Mud Desilter is a combination of hydrocyclones mounted above a shale shaker. Usually the diameter of hydrocyclone is less than 6”. Hydrocyclones 4” and 5” are commonly used. Hydrocyclone is adopted good abrasion material to create a longer service life. The more the number of the hydrocyclone is, the greater the amount of fluid is through Application.
