The complete plant mainly includes three section : The cleaning section , peeling section and the miling section .
The cleaning section : The main equipments of cleaning part contains Bucket Elevator, High-efficiency Vibrating Sieve,Gravity Classification Stoner , Magnetic separator , , Rotating sieve , Moisture Damper , Corn Barker , Corn Embryo/Germ Selector etc. This section is separate the impurity , smaller stone , sand , grass seed , Swarf from the raw maize , Keeping the clean maize to the roller mill.
The peeling section: The millingaims forcorn grits or corn flour only; or thethe both of corn grits and corn flour.So the certain allocation is designed by specific purpose.
The milling section: First, we choose the crush miler to get the bigger corn grits, then we apply the roller mill to get small enough corn grits and corn flour as you need.The model and thenumber of miller are up to your produing capacity. Of course, our engineer could design the allocation for your certain mesh of your need.
