The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition

Ball mill is of horizontal, cylindrical and tubular structure. Ball mill comes with two cabins and is a grate ball mill. The materials are evenly fed through the charging device to first warehouse where there are step scales boards, corrugated scale boards and different specifications of steel balls. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain

height and impact and grind the materials. The material in the first storehouse reach coarse grinding, through the single

diaphragms go into the second warehouse. It has flat lining board, with steel ball that will further grinding the materials.

The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
