Working process
1. Firstly, the raw material is put into furnace,then seal the feed inlet system.
2. Secondly, burned the fuel material(like coal, wood, natural gas ,oil or electricity ) in the combustion system. The reactor will be heated. When the temperature reach around 150-180 degree celsius, it will produce oil gas,then go after into our cooling system to cold liquid oil. The gaswhich can not be liquid under normal pressure ,which willbe back to combustion system to instead of fuel burning reactor, which can save more energy. After finish cooling oil, discharge the carbon black automatically.
3. Lastly, when temperature fall to 100 degree celsius, open the reactor door by electric hoist, and drag the steel wire out, then we can start another batch working.
Safety assurance
1. With aotu-welding machine for reactor, it can improve working efficiency, also grarantee welding seam qaulity, thus avoid explosion caused by leak. Professional heat-treatment and x-ray detection for wleding seam, more safety.
2. Anti-back fire device will prevent oil gas from going back to reactor and causing accident.
3. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.
4. Negative pressure device pump the water steam in the reactor, reduce pressure and form negative pressure, more safety under running pyrolysis iire plant.
5. Anti-blocking board inside reactor, it will prevent jam of big tire pieces.
Long service life
1. Material: 16mm Q245R boiler steel plate, high temerature and pressure resisitance, with skilled auto-welding technology, assure the 8 years long service life.
2. Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and x- ray detection, it will prolong the service life to max.
Energy saving
1. Well and skilled welding seam for reactor, with full cover layer of reactor, no heat energy and gas leak, saving more fuel.
2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for reactor heating with burning nozzle.

Technical parameter
Reactor
Reactor directly decides the machine's safety and service life.
- Bare reactor, inner and outside are welded by auto-wedling machine.
- Inlet and output are in one central line, and supported by rollers, in this way, could make it running stabile, even after long time steel plate deformed.
- Use standard gear, which is separate from reactor instead of welding on reactor, could avoid deformation after long time heating.
- Outside cover has three layers, use special insulation material, could achieve a good effect of heat preservation.
- Made by Q245R/Q345R boiler steel plate, safety and long service life.

Cooling system
Cooling system directly related with the oil yield rate. For our cooling system, we have three steps
- First setp, cooling pipe.
Two layers, inner will be oil gas, out side will be covered by water, here heavy oil will be recycled, go into first heavy oil tank through oil-water separator.
- Second step, 2 vertical condensers.
Each condenser has 37 small gas pipes inside. Water will be outside and covered all these 37 small pipes, heat will be flowed out together with the flowing water. Here light oil will be recycled, go into second light oil tank.
- Third step, 2 horizontal condensers.
Each condenser has 69 small gas pipes inside. Water will be outside and covered all these 69 small pipes, heat will be flowed out together with the flowing water. Here light oil will be recycled, go into second light oil tank.
Through these three steps, cooling effect could be guaranteed, as well as oil yield rate.
Vacuum device
- Keep reactor running under negative pressure.
- Ensure safety.
Anti-back fire device
- Little residual gas can not be cooled. It will recycle these gas to furnace burning to heat the reactor.
- Water sealing disign will prevent tempering. Ensure safety.
