This machine is our new developed rotary capper, which suitable for pump cap, normal round cap. Bottle inlet and cap inlet could be holding controlled. No harm to bottles and caps when capping. 1. capping process description: feeding cap by manual— sorting cap in order — capping automatically (pump cap)

2.Torque control: 2~4N.M(adjustable)

3. Automatic checkout equipment: when photosensor test bottles, the equipment work, no bottle no work. When photosensor test there are bottle blocking at outlet part, the equipment will stop. Failure alarm: three color alarm light. Alarm method: light flashing.

4. Capping degree of tightness could be adjusted by separation and reunion device. Separation and reunion device in capping part was special designed, good effect and protect cap from being harmed by over friction.
