4.The optional imported engines meet EU stage-III mission control regulation and obtain EPA accreditation.

Warranty details

SHINTOOL provide the warranty period to the power unit of SHINTOOL counterbalance Internal combustion forklift trucks which are equipped with imported engine (i.e. Imported engine, transmission and driving axle), for a period of 1 year or 1000 hours after the date of Bill of Lading whichever expires first.

During the warranty period SHINTOOL guarantee to supply free replacement parts to any defective of SHINTOOL product which proved to be defective in material or workmanship when under proper operation during warranty period;

After the period of warranty, the customer can send the required parts no.s which shows on the parts book, SHINTOOL will send quotation for the new replacement parts. Any technical questions can send to SHINTOOL and SHINTOOL will reply in 24 hours.
