1. We are one of the best finger jointed panel manufactures in China; we produce different kinds of solid wood panels.
2. Wood species available: paulownia, rubberwood, radiata pine, Mongolian Scotch pine, redwood, spruce/whitewood, fir, cedar, poplar etc.
3. Finger jointed with fingers on the faces OR on the edges according to the buyers' requirements. All fingers and joints are perfectly closed.
4. Fixed stave width per panel.
5. All staves are sorted to harmonized color.
6. No defects whatsoever (pinholes, tapping marks, decay, wane, blue stain)
7. Full straight grain OR mixed crown and straight grain.
8. Moisture content 12%.
9. Sanded using #240 grits sanding paper
10. No tolerance in minus.
11. Packed on pallets with plastics; panels and corners are well protected with cardboards or panels.
12. We can do individually shrink wrapped according to the buyers' specifications.
13. Sizes: 1220x2440mm, 500x4200mm, 500x4500mm, 600x4200mm, 600x4500mm, 915x2300mm, or other customized sizes.
