1. Description:

1) Ceramic anilox cylinder to transfer the ink

2) Automatic magnetic powder brake controller for unwinding & rewinding

3) Tension controller for unwinding (Mitsubishi, Japan)

4) Tension controller for rewinding (Shanghai, China)

5) Printing unit: 360°Plate-adjustment

6) IR dryer for each printing unit.

7) The spare parts have a die-cutting station with the machine which made printing and die-cutting finished in one process

8) The ink rollers will be separated from the printing roller, and keep running, when machine stopped.
