- For its efficiency and reliability, half cylindricial, firebox type boilers are widely used in industry. The exhaust
gases pass three times inside these boilers. The exit temperature of the exhaust gas is less than in two pass types boilers. The heating surface area is big enough to reach efficient and safe operation.
- Tubes are roller expanded to the min. 15 mm thick mirror plates to prevent crackings
- Isolated front doors let the operator easly clean the fire tubes
- Our boilers are certificated .
- Boilers are insulated with min. 80 kg/m3 dense, 100 mm thick rockwool.
Upon request our boilers are supplied fully assembled with armatures and necessary equipments including deaorator, economisor and recuparator.

- Automatic ash removing, automatic tube cleaning and automatic ignition (for certain types of solid fuel) are available.

- Both manual grill and automatic stoker fuel feeding are available
- High quality and well known marks are used for armatures. All packaged boilers have furnace overheat alarm system.
- Special refractory material is applied for boilers.
- Welding are controlled according to EN 12953 & PED97/23 requests by ultrasonic testing method. Tests are carried by EN473 & ASNT certificated personal.
- It is also, easy to reach and clean the fire tubes of the boilers manually.
- Welding are done according to approved WPS's and WPQR's.
- Our welders are certificated according to EN 287. The welders are controlled byEN 719 certificated welding supervisor.
- Rear smoke box are easy to disassemble to allow maintanence and cleaning.
