Introduction of the equipment:

By degum pot and decoloring cans and hoist system composition, this equipment adopts full stainless

steel material, set the food-grade materials measurement device, automatic temperature control

device, adiabatic device and enters the material buffer device, which can realize hair oil degum,

take off acid, dry and decoloring function.

Function:

1, to virgin oil alkali refining, degreasing, degum, decoloring, deodorization such processing.

2, remove grease of harmful substances, color pure, clear and transparent, no sediment, begin

no bubbles, no JiaoHu peculiar smell, and all the indexes meet the national requirements.

Structure and principal:

1).The refining machines manufactured by our factory are made up of hydration tank,

drain sump, decoloring cans and the oil pump etc.

Hydration tank is made up of motor, mixer, water heater, temperature control system, which is used

for hydration glue to take off and alkali refining.

Drain sump is made up of motor, mixer, water cooling system and thermal insulation system

composition,which is used for washing, dehydration and cooling.

Decoloring cans is made up of double filter iron plate, the filter cloth (nets, paper) and thermal

insulation system composition, which is used for bleaching and filtering.
