Autoclave vacuum pressure steaming machine is a vessel, in which, in controlled parameters I.e. vaccum, Temperature & pressure, the material is being treated without bringing any changes in its physical, chemical characteristics.

Vaccum –pressure steaming machine is normally used for twist of cotton, Synthetic & Woollen Yarn. It is also useful for bulking of cashmilon. Apart from this it has got verity of application in Rubber, plywood chemical processing industries.

Yarn steaming is a method in which yarn is being steamed to improve the running of yarn in no. of respect viz.

Due to the curling tendency is twisted yarn; it leads to loop formation during weaving, warping process, ultimately resulting in end breakages. In vaccum steaming process the snarling index of yarn is being is set to the required level thus eliminating possibility of loop formation.

Due to vaccum steaming process yarn is being homogeneously moisturized which leads to reduction in electrostatic.

Charge or otherwise Yarn will have a hairy look. Due to moisture contents in Yarn it increase the flexibility & elasticity also reducing the formation of fiber fly.

By the steaming process one can give the required bulling effect to the carpet, knitting & hosiery Yarn, & improve its appearance. In steaming process shrinkages in material is eliminate in yarn stage itself thus eliminates various difficulties, which may arise during further processing of material.

In Vaccum; process, Vaccum is created in machine, this allows better & uniform penetration of steam upto inner layer of materials. Since it is a pressure vessel you can very economically & effectively achieve the temperature above 100^oC, which is essential for the twist setting of synthetic material.

PNEUMATIC MANIFOLD:- One M.S. stand on which solenoid valves, FRL assembly & FCP wit5h pressure gauges are fitted & also supplied with brass nipples, tee & copper or PCV pipe, for internal pneumatic connection, for the operation of pneumatically operated diaphragm control valves.

Erection & commission will be done by us at extra cost. For details ask for erection contract. We will be depute our erection engineer after hearing from you that the machine has been brought to the site & that all civil work, foundation utility connection completed as per requirement.
