This Machine is used for coating glue onto plane material with different thickness in shoes-making.packing industry,wooden-processing,toy,leather,zipper-making,Clothing and electronic,etc,it can substitute double tape(to avoid unnecessary separating-paper)and has features as cost saving and environmcnt friendly. This machine applies pneumatic glue-sending method.The thickness,shape or bend of work piece as well as edge-cut ,speed and glue volume can be adjusted,The telfom-processed glue tank can prevent it from carbonation of thermosol and also has the feature of nonstick. This machine is haracterized by one-time roll gluing of hot-melt adhesive for zipper,as shown in figure.First transfer out the two flexible spacers 24.The two spring leaves 26 will respectively press the flexible spacers 24 under the effect of plastic force which can guarantee that the zipper can pass smoothly during the roll gluing operation.the operation, methods are same as those above mentioned.
