1, brief introduction

wood pellet production line is a specially designed line for make pellet from various materials, such as wood shavings, wood chips, wood branch, waste board, sawdust, and the agricultural wast ( straw, stalk, peanut shell, etc.)

The line is designed accoding to the real condition.

material condition, capacity, and different usage will make the line different.

2, requirement and working process of the wood pellet machine line.

as the best condition for make wood pellet is that the material should be 3-5mm size and 12-17% moisture. Thus there is some machine needed .

Crusher----------------crusher the material into 3-5mm size.

dryer--------------------dry the wet sawdust into 12-17% moisture,

pellet machine--------press the material into 2-12mm pellets.

cooler -------------------cool the pellet into common temperature.

packing machine-----pack the material into bags.
