Application and working principle

Chute feeder is widely used in chemical, mining, metallurgy, architecture, mineral

processing, coal mining and other industries to transfer material from the storage silos to

the feeding device.

The chute bottom plates do the reciprocating movement. Stroke can be adjusted by the eccentric wheel; the eccentric throw is half of the stroke. According to some concentrator production practices, for viscous minerals,

eccentricity should not be less than 30mm.

The width of chute feeders tank is approximately 2 and 2.5 times of the largest

feed particle size.
