WELLINE jaw crusher are used for primary and secondary crushing. With the increase of production, the jaw crusher can greatly reduce the operation costs. And it is of reliability and flexibility. The large feed opening and force-feeding action from the inward and downward eccentric movement of the swing jaw means that the jaw crusher can increase the capacity greatly. The jaw crusher equipted with a smaller discharge setting, allowing for a higher degree of flexibility with relative equipment. Positive setting adjustment is easy. The jaw crusher has features of simple structure, easy access and low maintenance.

Working Principle:

The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves . So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.

Application of Jaw Crusher

The working priciple of Jaw Crusher:

It is the driven-squeezing style. The working principle is: Motor drives belt and belt pulley, makes moving jaw up and down through eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw is up, the angle between lining plate and moving jaw becomes large, and this will push moving jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate. During this process, the material is crushed and ground, thus the crushing will be done. When the moving jaw is down, the angle between lining plate and moving jaw becomes small, the moving jaw plate will leave the fixed jaw plate on account of the effect of pulling bar and spring, and then the crushed material will be discharged from the lower opening of the crushing room. With the motor continuously rotating and the material periodically crushed and discharged by the crusher, the mass production can be realized.
