ZG type conveyor is an important inertiavibrating conveyor. Working principle

ZG series vibration conveyor consists of vibration source- vibration motor or vibration generator, supporting body ,damper, load-supporting base and other accessories. According to practice use, body trough can be shaped as U groove and tubular. It can also made in opening or sealing type to meet different process requirement. Because the supporting is made of metal and its lubricating points is far from materiel, so it can’t only transport the common materiel in normal temperature ,but also apply to poisoncontained materiel in high temperature . Furthermore, additional functions can be realized during transportation, such as filtration, dryness, warming-up and cooling of the material.

1.A: Material bulk density, mesh size(length & angle for conveying series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
