YT Process Engineering Ltd (YTPE) has more than 20 years’ experience in manufacturing State of the Art products for flow related chemical processes. We specialize in manufacturing of wedge wire screen and filtration products for the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, water treatment and energy industries. We also produce sealed sampling systems, seamless steel sampling cylinders, pressure rated valves, pipes and tube fittings for the monitoring and sampling of gas and liquid delivery lines.

Center-pipes

Centre-pipe/ outer basket configurations used in radial flow reactors allow higher flow rates and reduced pressure drop compared with down flow systems. The use of vertical wires reduces catalyst pill abrasion. Our axially-seamless center-pipes have exceptionally high structural strength, and offer extended lifetime, compared to seam-welded patched structures supplied by any other manufacturer. Our patented EM Hybrid processing techniques ensures high accuracy and consistency of slot aperture, mechanical weld strength and screen lifetime in harsh operating conditions. We can manufacture centre-pipes of any height and diameter, based on client’s requirements.
