QINGFENG freezing dryer and absorption dryer are widely used in eletrical and eletronic, metallurgy,

machinery, automobile manufacturing, petrochemical, textile, paper making, rubber, dashboard, food,

hospitals, biological, chemical, industrial and mining enterprises such as glass products.

Refrigeration System of Qingfeng Freezing Dryer:

The compressor of the freezing dryer adopt the most advanced scroll compressor, with high efficiency, energy-

saving and envirinmental protection. It has features of less noise, smaller size and lighter weight. Scroll

compressor is running smoothly, in small gas pulsation and torque changes, with long service life of compressor.

The compressing process is long, and since the dropout voltage between adjacent compression chambers is

small, the leakage is less with higher efficiency.

The condenser adopt shell and tube water cooled condenser with high efficiency external screwed pipe from

Japan, and made in CNC processing center, to greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency, and have features

of small size, long service life and convenient cleaning.

Pressure-regulating device: during extra-high ambient temperature in summer, the water-cooling aided

air cooling condensing method can be started and put into service via this device. While during extra-low

temperature ambient temperature in winter, the condensing pressure can be automatically adjusted via this

device. Even in most severe environment, this device enables to always keep the condensing pressure within

optimum pressure limit to make the freezing dryer under best running state.

Economizer adopts high efficiency external screwed pipe and made by fine processing, to make the refrigerant

without fully condensation from condenser and the residual low temperature steam from evaporator to heat

exchange, so that the refrigerant may be cool fully and the liquid refrigerant in the steam may vaporize, and

the return-air temperature is increased. Therefore, it can not only improve the refrigeration coefficient

(saving energy over 8%) but also keep the compressor from liquid harmer and ensure the service life of

compressor.

Electric control system adopts the first class brand LG product made in South Lorea. Automatically

detect the failures and display on the screen to ensure the stable operation and long service life of

machine. Full automatic micro-computer control has wide control range of temperature, which can

unload automatically upon the actual loading variation to save energy.

Main protection function: protection against overload, overvoltage, antiphase, overheat of compressor,

overvoltage fuse tube, abnormal refrigerant and eletric leakage,etc.
