Waste wood sawdust briquette machine

Raw materials:

Sawdust, peanut shell, rice husk, sugar cane bagasse, coffee Husk, wood chips, wood shavings, bamboo dust, forestry wastes and many other agro wastes.

Working principle:

Wood briquette machine is energy recycle equipment. Aggregates are briquetting in the condition of HPHT. So the briquettes have higher heat value, no pollution. Shape of briquettes can be round and square, diameter is between 40-100mm. Wood briquettes can be put into the carbonization stove to make charcoal.

1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm.

2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12% moisture content

3. Press raw material into briquettes.
