Working Principle:
Waste heat regeneration compressed air dryer is a type of absorption drying agent made by the technique that adopts the heat exhausted by high pressure machine in high temperature to directly heat the drying agent and regenerate it. It avoids the shortcomings of heatless regeneration compressed air dryer which are short switching time and large amount of regeneration gas consumption and overcomes the disadvantage of the heat regeneration compressed air drying agent which is large amount of power consumption. Waste heat regeneration compressed air dryer consumes no gas and with low energy consumption in generation, which is a new type of energy-saving equipment.

The finished gas has stable dew point;
It is controlled by micro-computer and the operation state of the equipment can be real-time display on LCD;
It has functions of alarming and troubleshooting for several failures;
Regeneration heater is reserved, which can be started when the exhausting temperature of air compressor is low to avoid insufficient regeneration of drying agent; It can also be switched to normal micro-heat operation;
RS485/RS232, linked interface and detection function of dew point are optional;
Reasonable structure and design makes the operation and maintenance convenient.
