Washed River Sand Machine Working principles

The impeller is driven to rotate slowly by the motor through triangle belt, speed reducer with reduced gear.The sand fed from feed tank to the washing tank rolls over and rubs each other by the rotating of impeller to remove the impurity of the surface and destroy the vapor layer that cover the sand for dehydrating and at the same time increase the amount of water to take away and discharge the impurity and light matter in time from the spillway of washing tank while the clean sand is taken away by the blade and pours into the output box.In this way,the sand is finished washing.
