Wanmei precise oil Filter Cartridge

General Description:

Wanmei filter element is made of high-quality filtering material, with a variety of different types and specifications for different application. It is either as small as a candle or as big as a basket. We have some special filter element for our customers' free choice, which can either absorb resolved water in the oil or to filter solid particulates of a wide range of fineness from 0.2-200um.

Characteristics:

1 .High precise filtration, with different fineness;

2. There is large filtration area with big pollutant containing capacity, and the coalescence-separation element is quite efficient to get rid of water from oil;

3. Some elements are made of multi-layer, flat-woven, silk screen, with good efficiency and easy to clean by back-washing;

4. There is excellent heat-resistant property, which can filter oil at temperature as high as 120'C, with maximum temperature of 380'C, with good mechanical strength, acid and alkali resistant and long service life.

Direction of customers' selection:

It is very important for the customers to select proper filter element for precise oil purification process according to the specific range of pollutants in the oil and different functions of filter element. Professional selection means high efficiency and low cost in element replacement.

Maintenance

A. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
1. all the electric control apparatus
2. temperature controller
3. oil seals and motor couplings
4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors
5. all the pipes for leaking
B. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease
C. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,
D. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas.

Package & Delivery

Normally, we pack our machine with wooden cases. If you have special requirements, please mention that in advance. The main packing method:
Wooden case with waterproofing felt in side for airplane transportation & ocean transport.
