1. Application

This Series of Vibrating Feeder is the type of feeder using vibration motor as vibration source, widely applied in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials and other industries for uniformly continuously or quantitatively feeding the massive, granular materials from storage silos or funnel into the receiving equipments.

2. Structure and Features

This series of vibrating feeder is made up of a tank, vibration motor, rubber springs, front legs, rear legs and other major components.

The tank is the biggest component of the feeder, in order to avoid the components’ cracking and breaking up during the high-speed movement, most of the parts are screwed by high-strength bolts.

Use rubber springs for vibration isolation system to greatly reduce noise and the resonance amplitude generated at the resonance region when starting or stopping the machine so that its working life can be prolonged.

3. Operating principal:

Generate strong centrifugal force through the high speed rotating of the motor eccentric block to make the tank conduct continuous linear motion.

This series of vibration feeder is the type of single quality forced vibration system feeding equipment that take the tank, vibration motor and other movable parts as quality, take rubber springs as elastic components, and take the vibration motor as shock excitation structure. During the operation, two vibration motor with reverse rotating direction generate strong centrifugal force by different direction of high speed rotating. In each of the instantaneous position, the component force of the centrifugal force along the vibration direction is always superimposed on each other while the component force perpendicular to the vibration direction always offset each other. Therefore, it forms a single exciting force along the vibration direction driving the feeder do linear motion. After the material falling into the feeder, they are sometimes being thrown forward by the tank doing parabolic movement, but when you fall back to bottom. Material in the feeder moves forward by doing continuous throwing movement on the slope along with the tank.
