Structure:

Vertical coal fired steam boiler is formed of shell, shell cover, furnace, furnace top, U tube, towering tube. Combustion chamber which is inside furnace is divided into two parts by refractory concrete furnace arch. The smoke from low burning enters into the secondary combustion chamber through throat of refractory concrete furnace arch, mixes with secondary wind from up furnace door, then burning fully. During this process, the produced high-temperature flue gas, after furnace heating surface radiant heat exchange, again makes convective heat exchange through annular smoke box, finally through the chimney enters into the atmosphere.
