The vacuum freeze dryer is used to dry food, fruit and flowers etc. The vacuum freeze-drying is an advanced method of dehydration, whose process takes advantage of the principle of ice crystals lyopilization under purified vacuum condition, in which the water in ice form on the frozen goods can be directly lyophilized into steam without melting in advance, thus the goods are dried.

Ø The material of drying chamber, condensator, evaporator, vacuum tube is stainless steel according to the requiring of GMP.

Ø The refrigeration system is unipolar or bipolar which can reach the perfect low temperature and can be conveniently operated and repaired.
