1 Products Instruction

TZH-F series movable dehumidifier adopts air cooling freezing and honeycomb desiccant rotors coupling and it is applied for special coating in whole weather. In summer, to use freezing mainly to use desiccant rotor supplement; in spring and autumn, it uses both to do dehumidifying; in winter, it uses desiccant rotor to do dehumidifying.

The refrigerating compressor adopts BITZER screw conveyor for TZH-F series movable dehumidifier. It has functions of 4 stages energy adjustment which is used to improve operation stability of equipments. The cooler adopts air cooled aluminum finned copper tube. The fresh air will go through cooler and dehumidified first and then according to requirements the air will go through desiccant rotor to do dehumidifying further and heating.

According to air inlet condition and air exhaust requirements, PLC will choose different operation status: 100% refrigerating, refrigerating and desiccant rotor, 100% desiccant rotor, refrigerating/desiccant rotor/heating. The above four operation status will meet the different working requirements.

2.5 High intelligence, easy operation

Auto control: Sensor + PLC + Touch Screen

Auto control cooling temperature: adjust cooling air fan

Auto control temperature of exhausted air: adjust the output of refrigerating unit and electrical heating.

Auto control regenerating air temperature from desiccant rotor: adjust the electrical heating

Information show: the touch screen will show the operation status, exhausted air temperature, failures etc.
