Application

SDB series band belt tunnel freezer can make food be frozen in good shape because of flat and neat belt surface. It suits for freezing fillet, scallop, shrimp and prawn.

Feature

1.The band belt is made of imported SUS304 S.S. sheet; the surface is flat and neat; the working speed of band belt can be adjusted by converter made by FUJI.
2.SDB series band belt tunnel freezer adopts advanced wind flow method to make sure that food can be frozen quickly and homogeneously.
3.Mature structure: sensible diameter ratio of driving axle which can prolong the life span of band belt; the frame structure are all made of SUS304 stainless steel; designed and manufactured according to the requirements of HACCP.
