Introduction
Our LMT5160TYHZheat insulation road maintenance truck is designed for the maintenance of the asphalt road. Since the damages of asphalt road including pit, net-shape crack, upheaval, surface loosening, etc, begin to occur after one year of routine use, the repairing of the road becomes urgent. Modern road maintenance requires fast positioning, fast repairing and fast evacuating.
In order to meet those requirements and keep the road safe and unobstructed, we cooperate with American Phoenix Company for years and learn from the advanced technology of the similar products of American Bergkamp, Canadian Paveline, and American Python. We developed the LMT5160TYHB truck to mainly repair the shallow pit and crack of the asphalt road. This truck works following the process of breaking the damaged surface, removing the waste material, spraying the asphalt sticking layer, filling new mixture and compaction.
It is mainly used in highway, arterial road, secondary road and municipal road.
Features
1. All necessary power supply interfaces are available.
2. The storage bin is equipped with a gate driven by hydraulic motor.
3. It compresses the air to blow and swept the road after the spaying.
4. It can spray emulsified asphalt and hot asphalt to form the sticking layer.
5. The asphalt tank is designed with self-priming, emptying, heating and thermal insulation functions.
6. It stores and transports hot asphalt concrete with heat insulation design assuring the temperature drop less than 10°C/h.
7. With all-weather heating device, the thermal insulation storage bin can heat the cold asphalt concrete bulk and keep the asphalt at constant temperature of 140-160°C.
8. The truck adopts a screw conveyor and a concrete mixing device with anti-caking design to output the asphalt concrete smoothly
9. The LMT5160TYHB heat insulation road maintenance truck directly uses asphalt concrete produced in mixing plant to guarantee the gradation of asphalt concrete and asphalt-aggregate ratio.
