Brief introduction:

SZL type series assembling water pipe steam isdouble-drum boilerwater pipe travelling grate boiler. In boiler proper, there are two drums up and down which are arranged along the boiler center. Up drum forepart and two-side water wall tubes compose radiation heating furnace.

Economizeris arranged in the back of the boiler, and after high flue gas which produces by burning is absorbed heat in furnace, it comes into convection bank through cooling chamber and sends smoke to chimney to discharge into the atmosphere by draught fan through economizer, dust remover.

Features:

1. Reduce water cycle resistance, and raise rising tube velocity .

2. Arrange enough heating surface. Flue gas temperature is about 170°C.

3. Strengthen disturbance of the smoke in the high-temperature region, reduce chemically in complete combustion heat loss and fly ash loss.

4. Adopts light chain grate stoker. Easy operation.
