1-Description/ work principle

The three dimensional mixer, because of the multi-direction motion of its barrel during running, can accelerate the flow and diffuse action, as well as avoid the segregation and accumulation problem appeared in other normal mixers. 4-Features

1- Because the mixing barrel has multi motion, it makes the material inside have many cross-mixing points, the mixing effect is good. The mix uniformity may be over 99.9%, and the loading efficiency can be 0.9(other normal types about 1.4-0.6). Its mixing time is short and mix efficiency is high.

2- The mixing barrel of three dimensional mixer is unique, the inner wall is finely polished and there is no hidden corner, no pollution to material. The discharging of product is convenient and the operation and clean are easy and simple.

3- Structure: The mixer is made up of base, drive system, electric control system, multi-movement system, mixing barrel and so on. The contact part with material is made by stainless steel, the inner wall and out wall are bosh polished and it meets the requirement of GMP standard.
