Features of fertilizer double shaft mixer

The rotating speed and structure of the paddle can reduce the gravity of the material, so the difference

of granule size and specific gravity is ignored. Vigorous agitation reduce the mixing time and even the

granules are different in size and weight, they can still be mixed evenly.

Working principle

The two mixing shafts make equal speed reverse rotation inside the horizontal cylinder,then the

specially arranged blades enable the materials to do radial, circular and axial movement

simultaneously, which forms a complex circulation. In such very short time, the materials are mixed

evenly. We can equip flying cutters to assist mixing.
