Description:

PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) is composed of diamond micron powder and cemented carbide liner than are sintered toghether under high temperature and high pressure.It not only has the high wear resistance that diamond has, but also has the high impact-resistance toghness.

Compared with steel body drill bits, the matrix body is more suitable for hard rock. And the bits life span is two times than the steel body. Applicable rock formation: f=10~12. We can provide the bit size from 75mm to 215mm.
