Steel tube mill line process flow:

Raw material (steel coil) → uncoiling → shearing and butt-welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling →mill-forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → roughly straightening → fixed length cutting → finished tube→ run-out table

Specification of tube welding machine

This equipment is specially used for producingΦ19-Φ76mm, δ10.6-3.0mm high-frequency straight seam welded tube and corresponding square tube and special-shaped tube(δ≤3.5mm).
